3 Ways to Spend Your Summer in Utah

We’re outdoorsy kind of Utah web designers, so we can’t wait for summer to officially be here. While winter sports rock, nothing beats Utah’s scenic summers. Here are three things that we love about being web designers in Utah.

1. Hiking and Biking

Summer season gives more opportunities to hiking and biking enthusiasts. Utah is home to some of the world’s most popular hiking and biking trails. Our Provo web design friends specifically recommend Mt. Timpanogos and Fifth Water Hot Springs. Here are some other popular destinations.

  • Moab
  • Mueller Park
  • Adams Canyon
  • Zion National Park

While Utah’s trails are seemingly endless, for those specifically look for a more daring experience, Google the “5 Miles of Hell” mountain bike trail.

2. Camping

Camping is, no doubt, one of the best summer activities that any Utah family can enjoy. Here are a few of our Utah web design team’s favorite camping destinations.

Escalante Petrified Forest State Park

Phenomenal fossils, hiking trails, and scenic views.

Green River State Park

Your best option when it comes to whitewater rafting and river fishing.

Red Fleet State Park

This place is home to breathtaking dinosaur tracks, daring hiking trails, and fishing opportunities.

3. Rock Climbing

Summertime in Utah is incomplete without visiting some of the state’s most renowned rock climbing areas. If you’re not a fan of the extreme sport, don’t worry, you can still visit these destinations to take in their scenic beauty.

Utah has all of the ingredients you need for an unforgettable summer. What summer destinations do you have on your calendar?
